Here’s what to expect.

First, we’ll identify what happened. We may take you through a few steps to ensure you and your home are safe and secure.
A heads up: in case of loss, malicious damage or (attempted) theft, you’ll need to inform the police and get a crime case reference number or a lost property reference number in order for us to help you get you sorted. Call 101 now?

How long will it take to validate my claim?
Your claim will take 15 minutes to validate, plus any extra time it takes to provide supporting documentation.

What supporting documentation will Kinsu need for validation?
We’ll need proof of ownership and a police crime reference (in case of loss or theft only).

What will Kinsu do once I’ve made a claim?
We will courier you a refurbished replacement phone that is as good as new by the next working day.
